5. Operation Method 

Warning: Timing chain replacement is a highly complex professional repair. It must be performed by a qualified technician using specialized tools. Incorrect installation can cause severe engine damage.

1. Preparation: Disconnect the battery, drain coolant, remove front engine accessories (serpentine belt, generator, A/C compressor, etc.).

2. Disassembly: Remove the timing cover. Use special locking tools to secure the engine at Top Dead Center (TDC) and align all cam/crank timing marks.

3. Replacement: Release the old tensioner, remove the old chain, guides, and tensioner. Thoroughly clean contact surfaces. Install all new components from the kit, ensuring all timing marks are perfectly aligned.
