Manufacturing Process
1.Material Selection
Seal Lip Material: Premium Fluorocarbon Rubber (FKM) with exceptional high-temperature resistance (-40°C to +250°C) and chemical stability (resists oil, coolant, fuel additives).
Metal Housing: Precision zinc-plated steel ring, stamped to maintain dimensional tolerance ≤0.05mm.
2.Production Steps
Injection Molding: FKM compound is injected at 160°C, bonding permanently with the metal housing.
Laser Trimming: Seal lip undergoes laser micro-finishing for 0.01mm-level circularity accuracy.
Dynamic Balancing Test: Simulated at 3,000 rpm to verify radial runout (<0.1mm tolerance).
Surface Treatment: PTFE (Teflon) coating applied to the sealing edge, reducing initial friction coefficient (μ<0.15).
Quality Control
1.100% Air Leak Test: ≤0.05ml/min leakage at 2bar pressure.
